Customer had more than 3 Full months to cancel the order with us and yet she still continued to transport the vehicle with us and never mentioned that the price was too high infect she even mentioned that our price was very reasonable.
She was informed the whole time through the shipping process most of the time she wasn't available and she was keep changing her dates over and over. We still try to accommodate her schedule.

If you view the Google image you will understand this is not a normal move but rather a challenging move. Keep in mind most Auto Transport Drivers wont take such a large size truck because it takes twice as much the space and not to mention they can transport two small or medium size cars and make twice as much money. Most companies would charge upwards of $2000 for this type of move but we only charged her $1495 we even gave her Military Discount because I suppose her Husband is in the US Military so we always give good discount to Military members.

Shawn- We have two babies and are flying out to our new home (in bristol) the day after (the 10th). If you would rather I drop the truck off at a terminal that is fine as well. I can write more information but whats the point when you can't keep some customer happy at all. Do you think for being in business since 2005 and we transport around 1800 cars per year Most of our transport comes from dealers and private customers, we also ship 30% of the vehicles to Worldwide locations.
There will always be some customers no matter what you do you can never keep them happy that's the truth......

I told him that I had a car in Mercedes, Tx that I needed picked up before April 5th and brought to my by April 11th. He said " Absolutely, no problem. We can probably get it picked up ... [ More ] | | The Car Wasn't just Missing 1 Wheel But the whole car was sitting on it's belly the entire car was Missing the entire front half side meaning it there wasn't wheel or any suspension so the customer compeltly lied to us and not to mentione we told this customer that this type move will take allot longer because of the type of MOVE.

Phillip Savage is completely untrue about his comment, our response will show that the customer
has no case and as far as we understand we did everything and more. Customer is
a waste of time and a lair. Why because he stated that he is paying $50.00 Per
Day Storage Fee well that’s not true either everything should call Copart.com
Auction and find out what they charge for Storage Fee. Lair, Lair, Lair.

side of the story but each story has two side at least.
We are going to post 5 pictures of the car to show that this car was not
missing one wheel but it was a completely totaled car.
Our terms are clear it states some cars will take between 1-4 business
specially from Copart Auction because on weekends copart auction won't allow
anyone to pickup vehicles.
And also it can take up even longer depending on the location plus the vehicle
