[ More ] | | Allow us to start by saying that you reserved a new order on 12/26/2011 at 2:58pm ET , your 1st available pick up was placed for the 27th , which in our contract it states allow us 7 business days to get your vehicle picked up. The price that you were quoted of $825 is not a guaranteed rate, it’s a quote. However by 12/27/2011 at approximately 1:43pm we had a driver that called in for your load for pick up on the same day and drop your load within 7-10 days. We called you; there was no answer so we left messages, you call back. At 4:02 pm our sales rep. Marco, finally reached you and gave you the details, which was that we have a driver and he is requesting 50 dollars more, he will pick up your load the same day and drop 7-10 days, you agreed to price increase, which you are not obligated too, so we proceeded ahead and we sent you the new order form which has the new price of $875 on it. We received your new form by 4:19pm ET, by the time we received it carrier was already full unfortunately, but he was able to make arrangements and send out his next truck to pick you up the following day 12/28/2011 at 8:30 am and delivered by1/09/2012. In conclusion, to all of this we were able to meet our company’s mission statement and get your vehicle picked up before the 7 days that we require our customers to give us, We are sorry that, you feel that you were misled and not dealt with appropriately, but here at All States car transport our mission is to provide superior car transport services through understanding our valued customer needs and delivering vehicle(s) with a seamless process, state to state and intentional. As I told you when we spoke on the phone a few minutes ago, we had 2 drivers call in on your order. One was for pick up on the 3rd or 4th deliver in 3-4 days (7th or 8th) and D&L with pick up on the 3rd or 4th and delivery on Monday. Both called in 3 minutes after placing you on the national board (12:13pm- -1/3/12) We received your order form at 12:37pm and it was not completely signed so we had to wait an hour until until you sent in your signed form to dispatch your vehicle. By the time that we dispatched the vehicle to the driver that Tania notified you about for delivery for the 7th or 8th, the truck was filled and we had to go with the second carrier. Unfortunately. the drivers take their loads on a first come first serve basis. We can't guarantee you a specific delivery or pick up time due to weather and road conditions. This is why we always ask our customers for at least a 72 hour window on both ends.As you can tell from previous reviews, we are very diligent with our customers and take each order personal. We do our best to keep our customers satisfied. You asked for a refund of $75 to remove this review because we were a day late. We will not honor such request. We do ask for a 72 hour window for both pick up and delivery. We apologize that you feel that you were lied to but our services we satisfactory per terms and conditions accepted by you in writing . We hope you understand.

We would of been more than willing to work with you, however you were very irate and took out your frustration with profane language. We never asked to charge you a cancellation fee, I simply stated that once your vehicle has been assigned to a carrier, your deposit would be non-refundable. We tried offering you a partial credit however, you are not willing to communicate. Your son's first available date for pick up was on the 29th of August. He did not send the forms in until 8/27/11. We located an Enclosed carrier that was interested in picking up the load 8-29-11. Your son was presented with an offer for an enclosed carrier for same day pick up, however the carrier was asking for more money because it was an enclosed truck and their rates and insurance is higher. It was simply an offer and was not obligated to take it. We had another carrier alined for 8/30- 8/31 pick up however, customer decided to cancel the order because he wanted the vehicle to get picked up on 8-29-11 and move with another company. We always ask our customers to allow us a 72 hour pick up window. We have no control of the weather or traffic conditions so we always ask for a window of opportunity. The representative has been with our company for over a year now and have full confidence that he communicates to his customers that we need that least a 72 hour window as a minimum. The order was canceled within the first 24 hours of the first available date therefore breaching contract. Sorry that you feel that there was a lack of communication but we did try communicate every offer that was brought to us. Thank you for the feedback.

Our representatives are always available between the ours hours 9am and 7pm EST. Most of our representatives provide their customers with their cell phone numbers in case you need to get a hold of them after business ours or weekends. We thrive to offer all our customers The Best Service.
You made your reservation 05/09/11 12:20 pm on-line. You never spoke to a representative. Your first available pick up date was on 06/25/11. In your notes from shipper you stated "I'd like to avoid delivery on 7/1-7/3. Delivery contact will not be available to pick up the vehicle on those dates. Pickup date cannot be later than 6/27"
We located a carrier 06/22/11 5:42 pm however, the pick up date & delivery was not good with you, so we continued to search. On 06/24/11 12:36 pm we located the carrier that we dispatched your vehicle to. Your vehicle was dispatched and accepted : 06/24/11 12:46 pm. Load date:06/27/11
We do not have control of the carriers, weather or traffic conditions. This is why we never guarantee you a specific date or time and always ask for at least a 72 hour pick up window. Your vehicle was delivered on 7/6/11 transit time was 4 days.
I sincerely apologize for the delay and inconvenience. We tried our best to get someone that fit your needs best.
