We are sorry that we were not able to get this picked up in the average 1-7 day window. There are rare cases like this were a vehicle will not be picked up in the 1-7day average with our Rock Bottom rate. In this particular case it was because there were very few carriers available that could fit this size truck on that week. So it took a little longer than our average pickup time to get this assigned to a carrier. We try to offer the Priority Rate to customers that are in a hurry or need a pickup quicker than the average 7days, with that rate it is a guaranteed 1-3 day pickup. Again we are sorry that we weren't able to move your vehicle in the average 1-7day window. This is not the norm and we apologize it was your experience. Agape is a broker yes, and we use only the highest rated carriers in the industry. We inform customers of this on our website and in the terms and conditions contract. Agape works very closely with our carriers to provide the best experience for our customers. I will advise anyone who is reading this review that Agape does use estimated dates on DELIVERY. The Priority Rate Mrs Manske is talking about (when she mentions she paid extra) is for a guaranteed vehicle PICKUP in 1-3 business days. The delivery date is NEVER a guarantee and is only an estimate, as agreed on in the contract our customers sign. Although rare, the carriers can get delayed for several reasons including weather, traffic, and other customer delays. Please read your terms and condition contract before you book your order. We do a very good job in the terms and conditions contract of setting the expectations our customers should have before placing orders. We do not want any one misinformed, because we do not like unhappy customers or bad reviews like this one. [ view ] |

[ More ] | | Although damage is extremely rare, damages cases usually take only a couple weeks to settle. Mr Profitt is fortunate that the carrier’s insurance company is even going to accept liability for the damage. Per the contract, once a customer signs a bill of lading accepting a vehicle as noted of not having damage the claim is not covered. The reason this claim has taken the insurance company a lot longer is because the Bill of Lading on delivery was signed by Mr. Profitt as being in good condition with no damage. It is always very important to not sign a Bill of Lading if you are unsure of the condition of the vehicle under any circumstance. We make sure that customers are well informed on this during the order process. The carriers have this inspection report to protect them in case a customer claims damage after the transport has been complete and signed for. This ensures that the carrier delivered the vehicle in the condition that the customer signed for. The industry had to put this system in place because there had been a lot of cases where customers were claiming damage that occurred shortly after the transporter had delivered an undamaged vehicle. Please read your terms and conditions agreement before transporting your vehicle. It informs you of everything you must do in order for this process to go smoothly.
I would like to add that Agape was not notified there were any problems with this claims process other than this bad review. We always assist in helping our customers with the claims process. We are here for you and always strive to do what is honest in every situation. Thank you.

Delivery days and times are estimates because the carrier can get delayed based on traffic conditions as well as other customers putting him behind. This is not common that they estimate the delivery times wrong but there are times when other customers aren't able to accept delivery on time or aren't available for the carrier to deliver. In such cases the carrier is thrown off schedule. Our terms and conditions agreement addresses the details of what to expect in the transport process. We do request a copy be signed and faxed back to us so that we know the customer understands process and what to expect.
In addition, please be advised that in the terms and conditions it states that carriers reserve the right to accept cash only. Please check with your carrier prior to delivery to confirm any other sources of payment.
