| Paid the $200 deposit | | After these people received the $200.00 down payment they were rude if we could through at all. They would not return calls, when someone would answer, they were very surly and rude. My wife would not talk to them after the first time she got through... [ More ] | | Please know, at our company we do our very best to ship each car. We take a deposit so we know we have a genuine, committed customer. When we secure a carrier we want to make sure there is a real customer there for the carrier to pick up the car and not have to go and hunt for the customer. We are in the office 12 hours a day, every business day, and are reachable all day long by telephone and email. If we are on the phone helping another customer or with a carrier dispatching cars, your calls are always returned as quickly as possible. This customer claims that we couldn't be reached is absurd. We worked on this order from the moment we received it, to ship this huge SUV from Arizona to a remote city in Alabama. Each move is unique, and a lot of calls go out to carriers to find specific carriers going on your route, most cars move swiftly, some are more challenging. In the case of this customer, he grew impatient and called to tell us to cancel the order as they needed the car picked up by a specific date. We put a great deal of effort and I'm sure if they decided not to cancel the car would have moved within another few days, but they decided not to wait. Patience is the key to shipping. [ view ] |

I placed three calls to Paul to check the status of my order. One on May 3rd, the second on May 10th and the last call on May 14th... [ More ] | | WE TOLD THIS CUSTOMER 6 TO 8 DAYS!!! NOT 68 DAYS!!!!!!!
FURTHER, THIS CUSTOMER, DAVE ARATA, WE FOUND HAD DOUBLEBOOKED HIS CAR; IN ESSENCE WHEN A CUSTOMER DOES THIS THEY DRIVE UP THE PRICE AND BASICALLY IT IS LIKE BIDDING AGAINST HIMSELF, AS WE ALL USE THE SAME DRIVERS AND THE SAME TRUCKS. [ view ] |

| Price change | | AAA All Star quoted and took order for one price, then raises price to complete delivery after receiving deposit. We, as the broker do not make another penny; we called Mr. Osborne and asked him if he'd give the driver the additional $25 to move the car. He responded with an eager "YES", signed and faxed over a new shipping order and said it was still the cheapest price of all the quotes he received and seemed happy. No surprises, except that he posted a negative review, despite getting his car moved for a great price with timely service; just goes to show you can't satisfy everyone no matter how hard you try:) [ view ] |

| Horrible Service | | I beg all future customers please do not use this company unless you want to be lied to, called names, and talked to like a child and hung up on. They quoted me at $549 from Jacksonville, FL to San Diego, CA on 1-3-10 to pick up on the 1-18-10, no ca... [ More ] | | This SUV was picked up and delivered for customer. By customers own admission, his vehicle was delivered cross country in only 3 days from FL to CA for total cost of $799, which is the lowest price in the USA, by far. After order was placed he pulled the old switch-aro changing the vehicle from a tiny little Miata to a big old Toyota Van that takes up 2 spaces on any carrier. WE STILL SHIPPED IT AT $799. Then he imposed all kinds of restrictions, dates and times and told us car must be picked up and delivered to his orders. We explained that in shipping flexibility is the key, as there are no set times and dates. We are dealing with carriers that are transporting multiple cars on their truck and pick up and delivery is worked out according to carriers schedule. Customer was rude, verbally abusive and did not speak to us like a military person. Vehicle was picked up and delivered SAFE and SOUND and got across country in record time for a great price.
