We have been in the auto industry for over 16 years, Renew Auto Collision which is well known for its heavy collision repairs and classic car restorations in the Fort Lauderdale FL. Area. We ship our Classic vehicles from state to state. We have opened A-1 Courtesy Transport from our many bad experiences with shipping our Customers and our personal classic vehicles, for examples, WE were told they had a driver for a price quoted then call back to say they needed another $50.00 or $100.00 or when the driver would show up his order form said I owed him more than I expected to pay from price quoted, We have been told that if we pay one amount our vehicle would be picked up in a number of days or if we pay another amount it would be quicker,, 9 out of 10 times we were being bait and switched, we would call the company and not receive a call back, we would be told that our credit card was not going to be run until pickup and it was run the day after we signed the contract. Not knowing anything about the auto shipping industry WE blamed the Car Carriers, That is when we took it upon ourselves to do all the research we could to understand and learn how the auto shipping industry works. So after 1 year of research and trail and error A-1 Courtesy Transport opened the doors in June of 2010, WE CAN GUARANTEE..
