While we do EVERYTHING we can to meet our customers needs and give them accurate arrival dates there are many factors that can delay a carrier; weather, construction, other customers not being on time to release or receive their vehicle's etc. As for the price increase, we try very hard to give you the best and most accurate quote/estimate for the routes you are requesting. These are however just estimates and sometimes the carriers call in on the loads requesting more to take them. Unlike many of the companies out there we do not just agree and assign it to the carrier. It is our company policy to go back to the customer and ask if they wish to accept that particular carrier at the price he is requesting or if they wish for us to tell him no and continue to look for another carrier at the quoted price, which we are always willing and happy to do.
