Sorry about the drops of oil but in the short time that you do an inspection of a vehicle, sometimes it is hard to tell if they are a leaker. We also like vehicles that leak to go on the bottom deck because not only do they leave drops on other customers vehicles but it also leaves a nasty mess on our trailers.

Thank you for the review. I apologize for the mis-understanding on door to door service. Door to Door service is when it is safe and legal for the truck to get down your street. In California it is a 50% chance for the truck to make it right to your front door. Because everyone wants door to door service, what the drivers started doing was driving the vehicles to the customers and having the customers drive them back to their trucks. This is a standard procedure. Most drivers explain it to the customer in advance to there is no mis-understanding and the customer is ok with it. I apologize that he did not explain it to you. I think it has just become second nature to him that he just forgot to explain it to you. It is just like you and I getting up and brushing our teeth in the morning.
