I am sorry that you felt the communication was off in refferance to your move. In no way does Fast Track ever offer itself as the actual mover. We always explain that we are a broker and will call you with the dispatching information and the name of the company and driver we have selected. Save on Transport has a 99.9% rating and have no negative reviews so I do not know where you saw negative reviews. We have never taken full payment by credit card, It has always been COD at time of delivery. Everything should have been explained to you at time of booking as well as all the information you received and signed for in your contract. If there was a misunderstanding, I do appoligize and hope that you will give us the opportunity to help service a future move and show you that we are who we say we are.
