Any broker offering their services NOT telling you to check them out BEFORE making a decision.... RED FLAG .Any company not mentioning this site AND the Better Business Bureau (www.bbb.org), you have to wonder why.
1.We offer a fully licensed and insured direct, door to door service.
2.We DO NOT ask for any deposit in advance, or anything up front. Our quote includes all fees, charges, tolls, and most importantly FUEL SURCHARGES. Our deposit is not payable until AFTER your vehicle is loaded onto a carrier.
3.NEVER give out your credit card information up front. This does not secure you a space on a truck or lock in a cheap price, it merely pays the brokers fee in advance BEFORE they have actually done any work.
4.We will provide you with all of the carriers information and insurance BEFORE your vehicle is picked up.
There are NO set rates in this industry, that is why you will receive lots of different rates. Getting low balled is a recipe for disaster, especially when you are asked for a deposit up front. Research everyone before you make any decisions.
If you have submitted online for a quote please be aware that you will be approached by brokers only. Anyone telling you they `have their own trucks` is probably not telling you the whole story. If you feel tempted by this idea tell the company that you will expect to see the name of their company on the side of the truck when they deliver otherwise they agree to work for you for free. This is where you will hear ` we get really busy and on rare occasions we have to hire independent carriers`.... (Of course you do! )
