Thank you for not including me in the negative part of your review.
We are sorry to hear about the oil that had gotten onto your vehicle.
Sometimes these drivers do pick up at Co-parts and Insurance Auto Auctions, so if the vehicle was a large unit it had to go on top- due to weight distribution for the trailer-which is priority.
What these drivers are not are auto mechanics, so they cannot get under vehicles and check all vehicles for leaks - they do try to do their best , so that no vehicles do get damaged.
We understand this is not your reflection on Bears but more so on probably the cst with vehicle that leaked. As far as time frames , trucks will and can break down - it cost them money to be down - so I am sure whatever part he needed -it was the soonest he could get it.
Keep in mind these trucks drive 3000 plus miles weekly.
We appreciate your comments and hope that you will still consider us as a broker should you need transport again.
