To summarize: All Day Transport is incorrect about their respone. They stated I refused to pay more money for enclosed transport since I changed it from open transport. My original quote ... [ More ] | | Mr.Randall signed a contract for an open carrier and we had his vehicle dispatched the next day. He than decided he wanted to switch to an enclosed hauler so we cancelled the driver and began the process of assigning an enclosed hauler. The enclosed haulers wanted more money than Mr. Randall was willing to pay. There's not much we can do if he didn't want to pay for the enclosed haulers..Our hands were kind of tied with this one. We went out of our way to help thiis customer out and our service was successfully rendered when the open hauler was dispatched as the contract stated.We wish this customer the best! [ view ] |
