Mrs. Debbie is only stating 1 side of the story. First driver went out there and her EX husband refused to release the car. So we rescheduled for the following week. The 2nd time with a different driver went out there to pick up on a Saturday the truck was fill to the window lip on both side of the vehicle. The driver called into the office and left a message that he was going to charge an extra $125 as per the contract stated and singed by Mrs. Debbie. [ view ] |

We have a contract signed by the customer. We have proof that her vehicle was dispatched and not only did she book with us but she had also booked with 2 other companies which puts the customer in a a breach of contract. Concerning the supposed fraudulent charges made by an ex-employee, we sure do hope the customer has proof in paperwork about this and that she really did contact her attorney. If not, we already contacted ours.

[ More ] | | This order made by customer Vivian Dennis, was estimated pick up for 05/13/2011. Eddy, customer’s cousin was also involved in the order. The carrier was supposed to pick up at Eddy’s location. During this process, we had dispatched the vehicle to Ultra Power Trans, Inc. unfortunately; the carrier was going to pick up the vehicle a little later than the estimated date. (ALL DATES ARE ESTIMATES- as shown in our contract). At no time, did we ever lose touch with the customer. Any situation that was brought to our attention, we’d contact the customer first. We spoke to Eddy & Vivian numerous times and they were not cooperative. The driver took it upon himself to contact the customer about their delay. In addition, Mr. Eddy cursed and demanded for pick up that day. The driver was professional and informed Eddy that he will not tolerate that kind of language & behavior. After their phone call, the carrier Ultra Power Trans called us to cancel the order due to the verbal abuse from the customer. Be advised, we have the carrier’s letter to confirm of such happening. Right away, we contacted the customer and advised about what had happened and told Vivian that we were looking for another carrier, the customer was very rude to all of our employees demanding that the vehicle had to be picked up on a certain time. We advised the customer once again, that all dates & times are ESTIMATES. The customer (Eddy) did not want to understand and was verbally abusing our agent. Even though they were being rude to us at 477 Express Auto shipping, we tried everything in our power to come to common ground. Unfortunately, we couldn’t work anything out with the customer. | Auto transport - Ohio to Texas | | 477 is a Broker, not the shipping company, so they Broker out work to independent drivers.
477 quote was $620, since it was standard, open truck carrier for a small, older car and they had a truck in Ohio. They asked for and received a credit card... [ More ] | | To Whom It May Concern, this customer Mr. Gabriel Villagran placed his order on 02/19/2011 to pick up his 1972 Chevrolet Coviar from William Becker whom resides in Berea,OH. We had contacted William at pick up location who advised us that he is an officer for the US Military and has a very complex schedule. Right away, we scheduled pickup for the 02/28/2011 after calling William Becker to let him know the date, Mr. Becker informed us that the date was not going to work because he was going out of town due to his work.. That he'd be back in 3 weeks from 02/28/2011 and that the earliest day of pickup would be on 03/24/2011. On the 24th of March, we dispatched a carrier to pick up the vehicle. Upon issuing the order for pickup, we received another call from William Becker that on the 24th he was not going to be available. He was going to let us know about the next available pick up date. We immediately informed Gabriel Villagran of the situation. He advised us that we had to do whatever Mr. Becker says. Gabriel Villagran advised us that he will call us back to let us know the arrangements he made with Mr. Becker. On 05/01/2011 we received a phone call from Gabriel stating to please call Mr. Becker and that the vehicle was ready for pickup. We advised Gabriel that the fuel prices went up and that there might be a higher carrier fuel surcharge. He gave us the green light to do whatever we have to do to get his vehicle moved. On 05/06/2011, the unit was picked up with Gabriel’s permission of the increase and delivered to his residence. After vehicle was being delivered, he turns around saying that he was not going to pay the fee that we had agreed to by phone. 477 Express Auto Shipping, LLC did not charge him for any changes on times, dates, and carrier’s dry runs. All of these expenses were paid by 477 Express Auto Shipping. We have all documentation of the dispatches that were made to carriers for Gabriel’s vehicle for pick up without any success due to Mr. Becker’s availability and re-scheduling. We tried our hardest to please our customer's need. Our job was done to the best of our abilities. [ view ] |

Seems to me you ask for problems by neglecting customers requests ,no call back as requested ,no customer service... [ More ] | | William Victory, this particular customer placed the order with us on 04/06/2011 to move his 1997 Nissan pickup, he was advised that because of the route his first available pick up date would be 7-10 days after placing the order. On 4/25/2011, we dispatched the vehicle to the carrier (Sterling LG Solutions). That afternoon, we received a call from the carrier stating that the unit had been picked up by another carrier. This puts the customer on a breach of contract which clearly states “All cancellations have to be in writing. If a customer double books the shipping of their vehicle(s) with multiple transport companies (in that case two or more carriers will be picking the vehicle) or if a truck is sent to pick up the vehicle and it is not made available for pick up, for any reason, a dry run charge will apply.” As far as Mr. Victory is concerned, the staff of 477 Express Auto Shipping works without compensation and we can assure you that we worked diligently to get Mr. Victory’s vehicle transported within a reasonable time frame. Because of his negligence, the carrier charged us a dry run fee which we had to pay. Unfortunately, Mr. Victory made this transport arrangement impossible to fulfill due to his double booking with another company. [ view ] |

I'm the owner of the company and I personally wanted to respond to clear the falsification report of this client whom is being PAID by our COMPETITOR. We dispatched his vehicle on 03/02/2011 to Mobile Transport, Inc. They arrived at pick up location on 03/04/2011 and asked for Helen or Stephanie... They advised the driver that the vehicle was NOT ready, when we were told by Craig himself that the car would be ready for pick up. Due to that issue, the carrier assigned had cancelled. We told Craig about the situation and he kept insisting that his vehicle was ready for pickup. We had multiple carriers interested in picking up his vehicle but every time we would contact Helen or Stephanie at the pick up location, they'd advise us that the vehicle was still NOT ready, what are we to do at this point? We have all proof of this matter. We have the dispatch sheet signed by the carrier and proof that vehicle was not ready at time of pick up. We are a fair company and if our job was not done, we do issue our customers a refund, but in this case our policy contract clearly states that if vehicle has been dispatched, we have done our job to the best of our ability.
