These cars were shipping from Alaska to Florida, and we quoted total of four weeks for shipping. Unfortuntely when the vehciles were shipping down from Alaska, there was bad weather and the boat was delayed, there is nothing we can do about that.
As for our refund policy, we state, if your vehicle is NOT PICKED UP in a timely manner we waive your scheduling fees, we cannot do anything about delayed due to weather. [ view ] |

We did offer to do it for free, but he said he had already gotten it taken care of.
Brian got a quote back in May, but gas prices were so differnt in July, we were trying to honor our original quote. Normally what we do if the vehicle has not moved at the quoted price, we forfiet most of our depsoit, and offfer more to the driver to get cars picked up right away.
