The goal of TransportReviews.com is to provide a comprehensive and useful bulletin board site of reviews and ratings on auto transport companies provided exclusively by customers of car shipping companies. We do not recommend specific auto transport companies. We do not own or operate an auto transport company. We do business with nearly 100 different auto transport companies. The list of such companies is provided on the Website.
The reviews posted on the Website are posted by persons that claim to be customers of the auto transport company that they are reviewing. Their opinions are theirs and theirs alone and do not represent the views and opinions of Moving Sites. Visitors should conduct their own due diligence of the auto transport company and should not solely base their choice of an auto transport company on these reviews. Companies and visitors are responsible for policing the reviews and alerting us to potential false reviews or reviews not posted by a real customer. TransportReviews.com is NOT an anonymous site. You must use your real name, email address and order number. False information or using a PROXY server to hide your identity will result in your review being removed.
Reviews may only be posted by customers. All information is visible to the company that has been reviewed so they may verify your order and contact you if they so need. You should submit your review after you are done dealing with the company. "Play-by-play" reviews will be removed. You may only submit one review per company. If you submit more than one review, the last review posted will remain on the site, all other reviews will be removed. Auto transport companies may NOT submit reviews under any circumstances, even by request of a customer. You, as the poster of the review, are responsible for the content of your review. Reviews should describe at least one complete thought about your experience with the company. The length of your review should be at least 200 characters of relevant text.
Some companies offer incentives, drawings, discounts or even direct payments to their customers if they post a review. We do not like this practice, but we allow it. While we prefer companies not to offer incentives, we do not have a realistic or reliable option to prevent it or monitor for it. However, both Transport Reviews and the law REQUIRE that incentives be disclosed in the review. As part of the survey, rating and review process, reviewers are required to indicate whether they were offered an incentive to post a review or not.
