Second time using Lightning Auto

My first experience was flawless, no issues, no problems. The second time was chaotic. Lightning was instructed to contact the dealer one day prior to pick-up so that the dealer could prep the car. This did not happen. They arrived unannounced and the vehicle was not service (fluids changed, vehicle detailed). I was given a 3 to 5 day arrival/transportation time and it took 7 days with the vehicle arriving at 10:00pm. I would use them again, but, communication and following instructions needs to improve.
