The service I received in dropping off my vehicle in Hawaii and picking it up at Long Beach, California has been Excellent and way exceeded my expectations. As a matter of fact, during the past seven years I have shipped cars 3 times from California to Hawaii and vice versa and this is this last shipping was the best of them.

I really enjoyed working with Casey, she handled everything professionally with much concern about his client. She explained to me all in details what need to be done, where to drop it off and pick it up. When I was lost at Sand Island when I drop off the car in Hawaii, she stayed with me on the phone just to guide me where the place was. She even gave a courtesy phone call to tell me that the car arrived in Long Beach other than the email she sent me... Casey is asset to your company, a customer oriented person... and she is nothing but Excellent in every way she handled her job.
