Tom at Ship a Car Direct was reliable, honest, and helpful. It was a difficult task finding a shipping company that was reliable and had good reviews. The car was one day late but I do not think that a is a big deal. The truck driver also asked for a better tip after I had already tipped him a 20, that I did not like but again, very minor disappointments, the car arrived in good shape and that's all that matters.
