The process is smooth. I have to travel only less than 3 miles on both sides to get to the open parking lot for car pick-up and drop-off. Considering it is coast-to-coast shipping, the process is surprisingly fast too. The customer service is helpful and my car does not get damaged at all. Overall, if I need to move in the future, I would use their service again.
