What can I say, Kevin is the man and did what he had to, to gain my business at a price I needed. They got me someone to pickup and deliver my car with only a 2 day notice! Sure it helps that my route is very popular apparently but still the car was picked up on time (despite several competitors telling me it wasn't possible and Total Car was lying to me!).

Well their assigned driver came through and delivered my car within expectations. Car was a bit dirty but thats to be expected as it had rained in both Arizona and Texas and between. I don't understand people that expect their car to arrive without water spots.. Unless you pay for an enclosed trailer it's going to get rained on deal with it!

In short though Total Car was worth the extra little bit of money and their drivers are apparently top notch. so I'm very happy!
