Recently had my Porsche Boxster S transported from Maryland to San Antonio Texas. The customer service from Roy Sewell, who worked with me through the entire process was beyond any I have ever experienced. I have transported cars before with mixed and very disappointing results using other transport firms. After much research and personal phone conversations with more than one closed transport company, I chose Intercity. Shortly after finalizing the order, I was contacted by the main office indicating a driver was available in the next couple of days. What service as I had a short window to work with on the San Antonio end. The driver, Andy, showed up on time and was just incredible. He walked me through the entire process and explained every step of the way. He gave me daily emails letting me know the progress of his travels and then agreed upon a time and place in Texas. The care arrived flawless!! It came covered as it left. I could not sing any better praises for a transport company and the staff. Would definitely recommend!!
