This Carrier was new, had some communication problems, picked up 1 day early, but late by 1 day (probably due to driving South while Hurricane Joquaquin came North). My Broker, "Transport Connections" (Bill Avrich) was Excellent, and urged the Carrier to contact me move than the Carrier really wanted to - "Transport Connection" has your back whenever you need any help. I've been using Bill as my Broker for 8 years now, and he never has let me down. His Firm (and Service) is Exceptional!
