Stephanie was the initial person that I spoke to when I started looking for a company to ship my car. She was wonderful. I don't know if there was a disconnect with the dispatch center and the individuals who came to pick up my car but, they were scheduled to pick it up from Ohio after 5pm. They were there before 2 pm and when they called me they were obviously upset that I wasn't home. I asked them if my car would be there by Sunday and they said yes, maybe even earlier. My car arrived on Monday. Again they were disgruntled. During the whole process Stephanie kept me calm. She was really great! Would I use them again, yes. The price was right and my car arrived on time.
