Overall I was very pleased with the level of support and service I received from Felicia Williams (602.428.6872) at ASG. The level of responsiveness and care she provided to me was truly exceptional. She checked in with me often and provided me with timely feedback when I needed it. Although the car arrived a day late and a bit dirty, she was very involved and passionate about ensuring that I was happy with the carrier we worked with. I've worked with several other brokers in the past and they didn't come close to comparing to ASG. I am very satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to use ASG the next time I need to ship a car.
