No Deposit Return

Made arrangements to ship a car to Maine the second week in June. "Get It Done" charged my Discover Card $90.00 as a deposit. As time went on towards June it became obvious that they were not able to meet our time line. So, we cancelled the order and got another company that could meet our needs at a higher fee. Since that time we have contacted "Get It Done" numerous times to get our deposit refunded. We were assured each time that the refund would be made. This has yet to happen. Can't recommend them!!

First I want to apologize to Ron for the delay on the refund. The truck we assigned was delayed due to a mechanical issue by 48hrs. Ron wasnt able to wait and decided to go with another company we apologized and offered a full refund of the 90.00 deposit. This was an honest over site - we have since returned Ron's deposit and gave him an additional $100.00 for the inconvenience he endured and to help pay for the extra cost the new company he went with charged. We are a honest family owned business - we transport close to 700 cars a month and haven't had a complaint since January, and were now in August. We have transported close to 15,000 cars in the last two years and received OVER 1500 positive 5 star reviews all over the net and 27 complaints. We have never had something go wrong that we dont do everything it takes to make it right. Once again we apologize and appreciate the opportunity to make it right. Dave Pein 888-325-1899
