Needed my son's car shipped from Georgia to Washington ASAP before we left to go up there on vacation. Called several places on our list...but this one was the only one that said they would really try and get the car before we needed to leave in a couple of days, and they had a great price. Jim was very easy to talk to, and they offered a military discount. I was very very scared to ship this Honda Accord because of a very bad experience with another company. Ended up, they were able to come and get it that same day we called....WOW. Ivan was the truck driver. He is very methodical and very kind. I don't know how these men do this everyday, its very hard work. Ivan was the only driver, and drove it all the way to Washington, where we were vacationing with our son. He arrived a day early, which was great, so we could see about the car. He actually did not get there until like 9pm, which was a little discouraging, since it was dark. However, we meet in a very safe, open area around some car dealerships, so it would have good lightening. My husband said it looked like Ivan had washed the car off for us and wiped it, so it would not be so dirty, and to get a lot of the bugs off. That was very impressive. Most haulers do not do that. The reason it was late in the day when we got the car, was because Ivan said he had to drop several off in Seattle (which is a very busy area and the traffic is horrible), and probably because he took the time to try and clean the car off for us. What a great company. No problems/damage with the car. And the box we placed in the back hatch of the car was intact. This was a great company to use. You will not be disappointed with this company....they will take excellent care of your vehicle. The owner of the company, Jim, was a little hard to immediately get back with at first, but if you leave your name and number, he will call you back in a jiffy. He's a one man show. The driver will usually answer or call you right back. Communication was great!!! I would definitely use them again or recommend them, especially if you are in a hurry.
