My first time shipping a car (Maryland to California) and I would use them again. Scott takes the time to answer any concerns and questions. He is willing to work with you on your needs and tells you honestly what is possible.
The only reason not a perfect 5 star is that he is not the easiest to get a hold of (email/phone/leaving messages). He is a busy guy. Though he does eventually get back to you and addresses your concerns. My car did sit for 5 days prior to shipping, though not entirely in Scott's control.
