I had such a positive experience from start to finish! My car had some special needs and the carrier handled it well! Tom was fantastic and kept in close contact, and the dispatch department did a great job communicating with me how to be an informed consumer with the carrier that was assigned to me. I totally recommend Ship A Car Direct.
