I had originally contracted an East Coast company to transport my vehicle from Detroit to KC. After 6 weeks of waiting for the vehicle to be picked up, I contacted Gaby at SHIP A CAR DIRECT. She explained to me what the other company had done wrong so I hired SHIP A CAR DIRECT. The original company took a $120 down payment, ship a car direct took no down payment! Within 1 day the vehicle was picked up. Within 4 days the vehicle was delivered in perfect condition from SHIP A CAR DIRECT.
The east coast company never returned my $120. Lesson learned! For future vehicle transport business I will only use SHIP A CAR DIRECT.
