I went with Car Transport Express over others because Neil reached out to contact me verses a blind e-mail. Price was good but not the cheapest but close, and I figured and had the impression Neil would be available if an issue came up. Neil always answered when I called, or at least called back promptly, after if I left a message. I called often because of my fluid work schedule changes which Neil always accommodated without issue or price increase. Unique Carriers delivered the car in an enclosed trailer without any issue and on time and the car was in great shape. The driver Paul called me several times prior to arrival to give updates on progress, and was a pleasure to do business with. Couldn't be more pleased-satisfied customer.
