I was in a panic the day my car was to be picked up by another transport company. They guaranteed pick up on the day before I was to fly to California. No one showed up and I was told that there was a window of 7 days. I had spent an extra $200 to stay in a hotel and the price of the transport went up $300! Needless to say I was distraught.

I called New World and Michael answered the phone. It was late afternoon. He was calming and reassured me he could help. He DID! My car was picked up from the hotel the next day and was delivered within a week with no problems.

Thanks to Michael, my move from Florida to California was less stressful!
