Excellent customer service from Alli. Could not ask for any better communication. I was referred to Elite Trucking Co and also received excellent customer service from Nancy. Original drop off was to be in Pensicola, FL but had to change to West Palm Beach due to medical emergency. Had no issues. Driver actually drove my vehicle to hospital where I was at and I drove him back to his truck. NO EXTRA CHARGE FOR ANYTHING and that included changing our drop off location!! I kept reading how companies add on costs but I did not experience that at all. Once Alli gave me a price, that was it.
I would highly recommend this company to everybody.
