Company was generally responsive, kept in adequate email and/or phone contact. It took a few days longer to find a trucker but once the car was picked up all went quickly and smoothly. Car arrived in good condition at the time promised by the driver. This was my first experience shipping a car and I have no reason not to use this company again.
