The broker was efficient but not the carrier

It was during the holidays. The car was picked up two days later than it was scheduled. I never got a chance to talk to the people from the carrier - PK Line - before the pickup because nobody ever answered the phone or returned my phone call. 10 days after the car was picked up, I didn’t hear anything from them and they were completely not reachable. Emily from Ship a Car Direct was trying to get hold of the driver for me but none of us could reach them. I didn’t hear from the truck driver until two days before the delivery, and it was already two days later than expected. The car didn't have any damage during the transport. Ship a Car Direct made the communication easy and fast by phone or via email. What I don’t understand is why PK Line provided no communication with customers at all.
