I worked with Emily and she was incredibly responsive and able to answer all my questions. Once we decided to go with this carrier, I needed to ship the car asap to the other coast. I couldn't believe the turn around time was literally less than 24 hours! It was amazing since another carrier I got a quote from said that if they matched Ships A Car Direct's price, I would be waiting for awhile since it would be hard to find a driver willing to take the car for that price. So glad I went with Emily. Smooth transaction and very happy with customer service. I will be using them again for our other car in a couple months.
