I spoke to many companies before going with Michael at Passage auto. Their price was not the lowest however it was competitive. I choose Passage since their customer satisfaction record was excellent above other competitors where I will find cars been delivered damaged or not on time. I also look at the company response and they usually respond by "hard luck" kind of attitude. I have a very specific schedule but I made it very clear to Michael from the beginning. I placed the order and was given the driver information real quick (victor) was my driver, I called him and he said due to a storm things might be delayed. I spoke to Michael then at passage, not only he took my call after hours but he asked me to keep him informed that way he can insure I was taken care off. Victor called me the next morning to inform me that he managed to keep up to his word and the car will be delivered on time. I received my vehicle in an excellent condition right on time. I will recommend them if you want piece of mind.
