I was booked with another transporter,but there was no communciation from them. It was now 2 days before my flight. When I called, the resondes what can I do for you> This is after I gave them my order #. I was put on hold for 10 minutes, after I requested to speak to a supervisor.Do they think I was born yesterday,that the oldest trick in the books. I hung up and contaced Auto Star, as I held their # as a backup. Somehow I knew. Marco Had called to see if I needed their service a few days earlier. When I contacted Marco he said he would get on it immediately and get back to me. He did and said he was unable to secure a truck at that moment but he would work on it on Monday. If I wanted to call on Saturaday, I shyould speak to George. Well, I can not say enough about hou hard he worked on my behalf and 2 hours later I wase assigned to a driver. The next day my car was picked up and 5 days later delivered to az. I have been doing this for 7 years and each time the expierience got worst if possiible. As far as I"m concered, Auto Star Transport is # 1 and would look no where else to transport my car.

I found you a carrier in two hours that could pick up the next day which was exactly what you needed.
