Horrible company, horrible service, damaged my truck

This was a horrible experience. UZ picked my truck up and delivered it on time. It had no air in the tires when they delivered it. They took the air out so it would fit on the truck. They also put my large truck on the lower deck of the carrier, so the roof scratched the top deck and chains damaging my truck. The driver offered me $50 to not tell anyone about it. He then agreed to go to the auto body shop across the street with me to figure out the damage, but left me on the side of the road. The damage was $1,200+. Despite numerous phone calls and emails, it was over a 6 weeks before they finally agreed to pay my claim. They came up with different paperwork I had to send them and they didn't like the estimates, so I had to go get more. It was ridiculous. I would never deal with this company again and would never recommend anyone ever hire them to move anything. They are useless and don't care about their customers at all.

We serve over 3000 customer a month, damages are not 100% preventable. Taking the air out of tires are common practice in car hauling. All our drivers required to air back up tires at the time of delivery. During unloading our driver did cause scratches on the roof off of second level deck. On that time driver thought it would come off by buffing it off. That's the only reason why he offered that much money to customer. On every claim we wait for the driver come back to home terminal to bring original paperwork and to make a statement. At the same time we ask the customer to have at least 2 estimates ready. But when we got an estimate for the damages, we found out that scratches needs to be painted. We send a check for repairs to customer for $1221.49 in a timely manner.
