My experience with Ship a Car Direct was positive overall. I received an email and follow up call quickly after I requested a quote to ship my cars. The sales rep, Matt, was helpful and knowledgeable. He was in frequent contact during the shipment of our cars and followed up to make sure they arrived on time and in good condition. Even though they offer a rebate to complete a survey, this is my honest opinion of the company. I would use them again in the future.
