NO ONE WAS MORE NERVOUS ABOUT USING AN AUTO TRANSPORT COMPANY TO SHIP MY SON'S CAR TO HIM AT COLLEGE THAN ME!!!!
I spent weeks learning about the industry and the qualities I needed to look for in the Auto Transport company I would choose to ship my son's car to him across the country. After researching several companies and determining they were rated well by BBB and Transport Reviews, I made a few phone calls. Hands down, David Littles of AmeriFreight was the easy choice of the company and representative with whom I wanted to employ.
David answered all my questions and educated me even more on the process. Being a neurotic, I thought David was telling me everything I wanted to hear, just to make the sale. At some point I needed to take the leap of faith and boy am I glad I decided to use AmeriFreight. David promptly returned all my phone calls and eased all my fears. He found a shipper for me within 2 hours of signing the contract for only $55.00 over the original quote. I researched the carrier and found some negative comments on the internet and I called David immediately. He explained to me that they only use shippers with a 95% approval rating and emailed me much information to prove to me the positive rating of the carrier. I was satisfied, but unfortunately due to my delay, the spot was taken. David put the request out once again on the next available day for us to ship, and once again he found me the same shipper for the same price. David sent us all the information regarding the shipper and the instructions for shipping the car. It was all clearly laid out and easy.
Luckily for us, the shipper arrived on time and delivered the car to my son a day earlier than the shortest estimated date. The car was delivered exactly as we put it on the truck.
AmeriFreight requires no deposit until they find a carrier for you at a price you approve. You have nothing to lose. AmeriFreight is a very responsible and reliable company with excellent customer service, if their representatives are all like David Littles.
We will definitely use AmeriFreight for shipping the car back to the east!
