Poor Customer Service

I have nothing negative to say about the shipping of my vehicle because I didn't give Dream Auto Transport a chance to get the job done. They probably do a good job. I just got a very bad representative that I was working with. This was my first time shipping anything so I knew nothing. Carlos Diaz came back with the lowest quote and I jumped on it immediately. He said he was going to take some information (location of pick up and drop off) and send me a email with all the details (insurance liability, and terms and conditions of the company) get my credit card info. He told me he would not move forward until I review those very important documents. Once I was secure he would need a credit card payment. Because I never had shipped a car I had no idea that he would post the information to the National Board without me reviewing all the terms and conditions. He never sent me the requested information and also never answered any more of my calls so I sent him a email stating I would not like to move forward to use their services. I then contacted another company and requested their services because they has sent all the terms and conditions via email to me prior to me dealing with Carlos. After securing another company Carlos finally decides to call me back and I told him calmly that I would like him to remove my information from that board because he didn't follow up and I felt the company wasn't reputable. He immediately hung up on me. I have a serious problem with that because if I'm not fussing or disrespecting the customer service agent why would they hang up on you. I'm so glad that I didn't use this company because if I had to deal with that attitude trying to get my car shipped I would have lost it. These companies need to realize some of us don't have a clue about the shipping business and if we request more information give us all they can instead of trying to rush and take our money. Carlos please don't be rude with people. You make a company that probably is a reputable company look very bad and not trust worthy.

This person was never a client we didn't send her any forms for signature to complete this reservation. So why was her review posted back up. She even wrote in the review she never gave us a chance to do the job and we never sent her the contact.
