First time transporting a car - needed to move my son's Audi from MA to WA. I dealt with Matt until he had a family emergency and then Stephanie took over right before the car was picked up. Fantastic service from both - always replied asap whether it be via telephone or email. I had to change the date a few times and Matt was great working with me. Stephanie made sure she provided me with the pick up driver and delivery drivers information. The delivery company managed to let me have my car a day before expected date. Would definitely use this company again when I need to transport more vehicles across the country.
