I preference my comments by stating this was the first time I have used a car transporting service and my experience was fantastic. The Auto Shipping Group was the second one I contacted after the first company did not return my calls. Ms. Julie Johnson is a true asset to the company. She provided a timely response and a good estimate. She thoroughly explained everything that would occur and assured me that there were several couriers in the Maryland area who would respond to my transporting needs. Ms. Johnson kept me at ease because this was during the time I needed to get the car to Atlanta and my daughter to college before her classes began. The courier was outstanding and one of the nicest gentlemen I have met. I am a single mother and never once felt taken advantage of due to my gender or lack of car transporting knowledge. My daughter received the car in excellent condition and also stated that the courier was extremely nice to her. He stayed in constant contact as he got close to the destination. I will be contacting the Auto Shipping Group in May 2015 after my daughter graduates to bring the car back to Maryland!
