The car was picked up promptly after the truck driver was scheduled. The car was dropped off on schedule and without incidents. It took about a week from the date of first available pickup to schedule the driver and get the car picked up, but that was expected since the original quote said to allow for up to 15 days for pickup. The final price was $300 over the original quote I was given, which placed them around the price of the other car shippers I was considering. Overall ok experience and I would consider using them again if needed.
