We submitted a request by email and received quite a few emails and phone calls. This was our first transport. Felicia was extremely knowledgeable and provided valuable information to us regarding the process.

The point person for the actual delivery was very professional both in person and on the phone. We were contacted regularly by both parties who provided updates. Vehicle arrived early to the exact location as requested. They gave us such a comfort level with all of the updates that I never once worried about the vehicle.

We would definitely use this company again for other transports.
