I paid top price for a 2 day pickup. After a week went by, they said 90% get picked up the first two days. After two weeks I had had enough of their excuses and decided on another carrier. when I told 7 Star Transport my Direct Express order number, he said they had it on the main board a couple of hundred dollars lower than I had told them to pay. No wonder no driver wanted to pick my car up. They were holding out for a lower price and wanting to pocket the extra money. Crooks do this!! These people are very unprofessional and dishonest! There are many reputable transporters out here, Direct Express is NOT one of them. I am still waiting for my refund from them too, after canceling my order.

Our outstanding reputation and thousands of very satisfied customers speak for itself. We are sorry that customer Brian Hedger is dissatisfied with the service. We told Mr. Hedger that his shipping location north of Traverse City, Michigan would be a big problem, especially going to Salt Lake City, as few truckers run that route at any price. Money was not the issue as much as the lack of opportunity. We only accept a nominal deposit of $159, so it is impossible to pocket anything or play games with the carrier fee, an illogical assertion by Mr. Hedger. His deposit was of course refunded in full and we wish Mr. Hedger well.
