There is a reason this company has an F rating with the BBB. I wish I would have read previous reviews and checked that before using these people. I will be lodging a complaint with the BBB as well. I have meticulously documented every interaction I have had with this company. It is 8pgs long. Feel free to message me at qthesuccess@gmail.com and I will send you my documentation. I also have emails and call logs to back up my words. They will tell you a lie to get your deposit, and then once that is in hand they will only help you if it is convenient. An example, the worst lie I was told, they told me that I could not get my car delivered down to McAllen TX due to "laws saying carriers cannot drop that close to the border". That was a lie as I contracted another company who delivered my car to my door. And when I had contacted the original carrier, he also told me that was untrue, the reason he could not do it was due to logistics. STAY AWAY from this company. When dealing with Xavier, to secure my deposit on a Friday, he told me he had a truck in hand. Once he had my deposit in hand and had not sent me a confirmation Friday, Saturday, NOR Monday, when he told me my car was going to be picked up I tried unsuccessfully to reach him multiple times though email and phone. I have all of this documented. USCT provided the WORST customer service I have ever received. Simply unacceptable. The only semi-positive comment I have is that I received half of my deposit back, which is why I noted the cost as 100$, even though they lied to me and never ended up moving my car. As I mentioned, I have everything documented and have saved all of the emails. I will post everywhere I can to inform people of the horrendous experience I had dealing with USCT and advise them to make a 180 degree turn and deal with someone else. Lies, more lies, and avoidance. I pray these guys go out of business so that no one else gets screwed over.

Thank you Mr.Gunning. I am glad that in your post you stated that we did in fact assign a carrier to you and that you did talk to them and confirmed that they were the ones unable to follow through. When dealing with independent carriers there are things that are out of our control. Even after the carrier cancelled on Mr.Gunning we offered to find him a second driver. This is where i would also like to point out that Mr.Gunning broke several pacts of the contract he signed. As per our contract and as was pointed out to Mr.Gunning, we were not allowed the time specified to locate him a second carrier. Mr.Gunning also double booked with another company which is in direct violation of the contract. Even after the fact, we agreed to refund Mr.Gunnings deposit. The auto transport industry does not run on a bus schedule. And while every effort is made to secure transport on specific dates sometimes carriers may run into issues, be it mechanical, weather or human error. As unfortunate as it was that we could not finish the job for Mr.Gunning, we were unable to do so because he did not afford us the opportunity. Mr.Gunning was contacted by our dispatch department on 8/12/14 to inform him that a carrier was assigned to pick up his vehicle. I would also like to note that the job was booked with us on 8/8/14 which was on a Friday. We were not available over the weekend. Keep in mind Mr.Gunnings move date was not until the 13th. To sum it up, we assigned a carrier, Mr.Gunning spoke with that carrier, the carrier had to cancel, we attempted to locate another carrier and did only to find out that Mr.Gunning had booked elsewhere, refunded his deposit.
