This was my first use of an auto transport company. It went well and with no real problems. I had only two issues: 1) I tried to delay the pick-up by one day and sent email to both Direct express and the company they had arranged for pick-up. I never received any reply and could not change the date. The car also arrived three days early - which would have been no big deal except it was delivered on Sunday night at 1 in the morning. But I was glad to have the early delivery - and so it worked out OK.
