Said they'd pick up on Wednesday the 4th but the truck breaks down. Friday the 5th: "sorry for the delay, should be able to pick it up tomorrow (Saturday the 6th)." They never showed up or called again so I had to switch companies. Didn't end up getting my car till Sept 14th! Beyond livid! Worse shipping experience and worse company!
