This was my first time shipping a vehicle and probably the best thing about the experience was the close contact with my Amerifreight contact. She called frequently to check on the status of everything. She was a good guide through the process and explained how things would happen and answered all my questions. I had a difficult time contacting the driver himself, which was frustrating. The transport time was extremely quick - less than 72 hours for a near cross country trip, which was much faster than I had anticipated. The time frames the driver gave me, however, were not reliable as he was 3 hours late (after his 4 hour time window) to pick up and 2 hours early (again, from that large window given) for drop off. Car arrived in good condition other than having oil spilled on it, likely from the car above it during transport. Overall, it was a good experience and I would use this company again, though I hope to not have to ship a car again.
