I really like that Jeff Vigue 1) could help me on a Saturday 2) was upfront about all the variables in transpoert shipping that makes it difficult to pinpoint an accurate arrival time right off the bat and 3) kept in constant communication - whether it was to tell us he was able to get an earlier pick up or whether or not the arrival time could be moved up. He was also very pleasant to work with.
